The terms and conditions are applicable for Fresh Flowers or Express Deliveries (Same Day Delivery)
  • We at flowerdeliveryuae.ae CANNOT commit any fix-time for delivery as talked about or mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries of flowers or gifts will be made between 9 AM to 7 PM on given timeline.
  • Orders received till 2 PM IST will only be delivered on same day if not, delivery date is declared.
  • The delivery or shipment will NOT be redirected or redelivered to any new or other address in any situation.
  • The ordered products will be delivered only in the cities given in the list or our company offers delivery services to which.
  • We at flowerdeliveryuae.ae will attempt delivery of the products ONCE. In case the delivery isn’t completed during the effort, the customer or purchaser shall still be charged for the order & no re-delivery of the item will be possible. We will assume the order carried out in the below mentioned cases:

    • Delivery of item failed due to wrong address
    • Unavailability of the recipient
    • Premises locked
    • Wrong Cell/Phone or Extension Number/ Not Working Number/ No Reply or Connecting/ Unreachable, and delivery is not executed.
    • Recipient refused the items or products
    • Delivered the item at the Reception/Gate/Neighbor

  • Please take into account that Flowers, Cakes along with other unpreserved are sourced nearby or locally at the location of the delivery and will be hand delivered to the recipient.
  • No deliveries of products will be made on National Holidays.
  • The image or the picture appeared on the site is indicative in nature. Actual or real product may vary in design or shape as per the accessibility or availability.
  • flowerdeliveryuae.ae reserves the right to substitute or replace the flowers or flowery arrangements (Including specified colors) or other products with higher or equal value in case the desired products of the customers are available.
  • In case of Heavy Rains/ Flood/ National Bandh, flowerdeliveryuae.ae reserves the right to postpone or the delivery to that particular date & to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  • No change in orders can be entertained before 2 working hours of the delivery date & approved by our Customer Care team.
  • Orders once made cannot be cancelled if not requested 1 working day before the delivery date.
  • In Case the item is not delivered because of any of aforesaid reasons, the update will be accessible in our website & same can be gathered from the delivering outlet same day, in the same city, details of which are accessible with our Customer Care numbers.
  • flowerdeliveryuae.ae will not think about or entertain any complain for unpreserved items like cake, fresh flowers etc after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Proof of delivery will be given in case of dispute in delivery.

  • Request for postponement or cancellation of confirmed item can be made up to 1 day before the delivery date. Customer can send cancellation request at our customer service’s email id.
  • While placing an order, customers are requested to provide us with the correct and full information for delivery at Hospital/Hotel.
  • Courier & Express products cannot be sent together at the same time.
  • If the recipient or any other person is not available at the shipping address to collect the item or product, at the time of delivery, the order will not supposed to be late. Therefore in such cases, no cancellation, refunds or liability can be made.
  • If the recipient hasn’t checked-in at the hotel by the delivery date, the product will be left at the reception & it will be considered as executed. If the recipient ahs checked-out of the hotel or inn by the delivery date, the order will be considered as executed and in such cases no refund will be made. For the delivery of the gift items to marriage ceremonies/ marriage halls, flowerdeliveryuae.ae may not be able to guarantee the delivery to the bride/bride-groom owing to non-availability of our delivery-side to the couple. But, we shall make sure that the delivery is executed to one of the answerable members of host. Also, if feasible we shall hand over the name of the recipient via our order confirmation mail.

Under no circumstances and situations whatsoever shall flowerdeliveryuae.ae be liable for any damages, loss of data, or lost profits whatever including, without limiting, any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages that come about or result from the use of or failure to use the products/services presented in the site. For Midnight Deliveries:
  • Delivery will be carried out between 11.30 PM to 12.15 AM on stated and asked delivery date.
  • We provide delivery on Sundays.
  • The above items or products will be sent only on the locations and cities that are mentioned in our list.
  • The other terms and conditions will be same as mentioned above.
For Fix Time Delivery:
  • We cannot commit exact or sharp time for delivery. Order will be sent +15 or -15 as per chosen time.
  • We need 3 hours lead time.
  • We deliver or send on Sundays also.
  • No Delivery will be made on National Holidays. The delivery of the same will take place on the next working day.
  • Terms and conditions for fix time delivery are as per above mentioned conditions.
For Remote Locations and Towns:
  • All the orders accepted by 6 PM would be sent on Next Day.
  • We provide delivery on Sundays also.
  • The products and items will be delivered only in those cities and locations that are mentioned in our list.
  • No delivery of the item will be made on National Holidays; however the delivery will take place on next working day.
  • We would make the delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not done in case the recipient is unavailable or because of wrong address, premises locked the consumer shall still be charged for the item.
  • Please take into account the delicate items like flowers and cakes & others are sourced in the neighborhood at the delivery location.
  • The image presented is indicative in nature and actual product may vary in design or shape as per accessibility.
  • Delivery would be executed between 10 AM to 7 PM on all business days.
  • No time commitment or guarantee for the deliveries would be entertained.

For Courier Products:
  • Products will be sent within 3-4 business days.
  • The mentioned products will be sent all over the India.
  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays and National Holidays
  • Courier as well as express products can’t be delivered together at same time.
  • flowerdeliveryuae.ae cannot commit exact date of delivery for courier items. The products of courier will reach in advance or late within 3-5 days as maintained by the date of delivery.
General Disclaimers:

3. Please note that Flowers, Cakes, Sweets, chocolates and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.

5. Flowers might arrive in bud/Semi bloom/fully bloom condition as per local availability at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color), Basket, Vase & other products with equal value or higher value due to temporary, regional availability issues.

Courier:

DISCLAIMER

1. Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days.

2. Orders accepted till 6th Aug by 2 PM will be shipped on or before Rakhi's day.

3. Above discussed products will be shipped through First Flight/ FedEx/ Bluedart or Speed Post Courier.

4. The above said product will be shipped all over India.

5. There will be No Deliveries on National Holidays and Sundays.
