Cancellation Policy: flowerdeliveryuae.ae believes in lending a hand
to its customers as far as possible, & for that reason has a liberal cancellation
Under this policy and guideline:
Problems with an Order:
- Cancellations will be taken into account or considered only if the request is made
within 24-hours of placing an order. However, flowerdeliveryuae.ae is unable to cancel
if the orders have been communicated to the merchants / vendors and they have set
off the process of shipping them.
- There is no cancellation of requests and orders placed under the 'Same Day Delivery'
- No cancellations are considered for those products that the flowerdeliveryuae.ae marketing
team has get on special events like Diwali, Pongal, Valentine's Day, Christmas etc.
These are limited time offers and for that reason cancellations are not possible.
- We do not accept cancellation orders or requests for perishable items like eatables,
flowers, etc. However, replacement or refund can be made if the purchaser finds
that the quality of product shipped is not good.
- Rearrangement/Refund of order delivered will be only done in the case of broken product received, different
product received (other than what has been ordered), partial delivery of products have been received, etc.
- Refund/Rearrangement is only given to any customer when the ordered product has been received by the company’s end.
- Requests regarding refund or rearrangement should be made within 24hours of delivery or shipment date. Return/Reshipment
can occasionally take up to 1 - 15 days to take effect.
At flowerdeliveryuae.ae we make every attempt to make sure you get excellent service. If
at any time, you encounter problems with an order. Please inform us and let us know
in case if you see that the product received is not as depicted on the website as
per your expectation. You must bring it to our customer service's notice within
24 hours of getting the product.
- In case if you have complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer
warranty, please refer such issues to them.
If for some unexpected reasons, your product
appears damaged in any way, please contact our customer service at
firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please do include all important details
on your order together with a photograph, order number & your contact details. Requests
regarding refunds should be made within 1 day of delivery or shipment date. Refund
can only be initiated if the request for refund is made within 30 days of the date of delivery.
